ABOUT ME
I am currently a double-major student at the University of Exeter, majoring in Law and Business.

Previously I was a A-level student at Princethorpe College, studying Law, Politics and Business and I have written an EPQ on the American Dream.
For all my work at the College, in November 2024 I was awarded the A-level Politics and Government Award, acknowledging my work towards my Politics A-level.
I also was awarded The Princethorpe Shield, which is described by the College as, "our oldest and most prestigious College award, was presented by Mr and Mrs Martin "as a token of our appreciation and gratitude for all that the school has done for our two sons". The shield is awarded annually to the student who is seen to embody the spirit and ethos of the College in may facets of school life". The Princethorpe Shield was described in the schools conclusion of the evening as, “The final award, the Princethorpe Shield, presented annually to the student who is seen to embody the spirit and ethos of the College, was presented to Connor Silvester. It was a very popular decision, with the audience cheering as a delighted and surprised Connor came up to receive the Shield.”
I was apart of the Prefect body at Princethorpe College, and I have received the coveted ‘Biodun Olanrewaju Memorial Prize’ at the College’s prize giving in November 2023. Within the Prefect body I had the position of Deputy Head of School, where I personally took the job of managing the 37 Prefects and organising large groups for open evenings and other events.
I have also competed in swimming at the ISA nationals and had swum with a club from 2014-2023. I have a great interest in real estate/development and Law. I'm also really interested in leadership, enjoy speaking in front of groups, and have excellent people skills.
My Extended Project Qualification (A), was 11,000 words on if the American Dream is a pathetic fallacy? The reason I chose to research the American Dream is because I have always taken an interest of what the American Dream actually is, as we always hear about it in Movies & TV shows but we never have been taught the real meaning of the American Dream and where it comes from. In my Lower School experience I wanted to use my creativity towards something i'd find rewarding. So when deciding on what options to choose for my GCSE's, one I chose was Art & Textiles. However, it didn't come without struggles. I found starting my Final Project difficult as what I was doing in class was completely different to what everyone else in class was doing as I was starting to design a canvas and everyone else was designing dresses and corsets. However after the first few weeks of struggle I was able to start progress on my canvas as I had a clear plan of what to do.
